The first was in 2006-2007 and turned out so well we didn't hesitate to have them do a second house remodel in 2011-12. The owner, Dan Bainbridge, his site supervisors, in-house crew and sub-contractors are all great guys who put in all the hard work for a top-notch result. Our project was an addition/remodel on a 1926 home where we were intent on preserving the original style and feel. We used Chateau Construction to remodel our Master Bath in our 104 year old farmhouse. It was the best experience we've had in our many remodeling efforts. The project began and ended on time. The preparations to seal off the dust and debris from the rest of the house worked exceptionally well. Questions that arose with different design elements were quickly identified, and several options were given for solutions. Our wishes were accommodated even when it meant changes in scheduling. Chateau Construction and all the sub-contractors were easy to work with, and everyone took pride in their work. it was almost effortless on our part, and we get to enjoy our new bathroom everyday.

Chateau built the 900 square foot addition to our house. Everyone handled their job extremely professionally. Dan worked with us closely with the scope of the project and allowed us to do much of the finish work and work directly with the electrical, plumbing and tile sub-contractors. A great experience.
